Congressman Mike Lawler, representing New York's 17th district, has recently shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets. Serving in the U.S. Congress since 2023, Lawler has been vocal about his stance on border security, taxation policies, and international relations.

On January 22, 2025, Congressman Lawler addressed concerns regarding national security in a tweet. He criticized the current administration by stating: "Biden's Border Crisis allowed criminals to remain in our country. The American people deserve an administration that secures our border and keeps American citizens safe."

Later that day, Lawler turned his attention to state-level fiscal policies. At 19:10 UTC, he tweeted about New York Governor Kathy Hochul's tax policies: "Kathy Hochul never met a tax she didn't like. It's why she's increased spending by over $100 billion in just four years! Congestion pricing is nothing more than another cash grab - and it's got to go."

In another post made at 20:34 UTC on the same day, Lawler shared his participation in an event focused on international relations. He stated: "Last night, I spoke at the Congressional Israel Allies Caucus event hosted by the Israel Allies Foundation. It was an honor to join colleagues and world leaders dedicated to strengthening the unbreakable bond between the United States and Israel."
