On March 11, 2025, Congressman Lawler extended his congratulations to Lori Chavez-DeRemer for her new role as the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor. In his tweet, he expressed excitement for Chavez-DeRemer and confidence in her ability to support the workforce and collaborate with labor and business sectors. Later that day, Congressman Lawler shared his participation in an economic forum involving Irish government officials along with U.S. and Irish business leaders. The discussions focused on strengthening the U.S.-Ireland relationship through economic and cultural ties. "1.
