Dutchess County Sheriff's Office - Traffic Advisory – Town of Pleasant Valley

TRAFFIC ADVISORY – TOWN OF PLEASANT VALLEY

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office is issuing a traffic advisory for the Town of Pleasant Valley effective Saturday evening, December 3, 2022, for the Pleasant Valley Festival of Lights Parade.

Motorists should expect traffic delays and road closures on December 3rd between the hours of 5:30pm and 8:00pm.  The affected roadways are North Avenue, Martin Road, Quaker Hill Road, West Road, and Main Street (Route 44).  Motorists not attending or participating in the parade are encouraged to avoid these areas and seek alternate routes during the event.  If traveling in the area, please use caution and be aware of pedestrians.  Business patrons should also understand that once the parade starts, vehicular traffic will be restricted, and travel will be delayed.
