You can now dial 9-8-8 to access our HELPLINE. Calls are answered by local crisis counselors who are well-trained and experienced in responding to a wide range of mental health, substance use, and suicidal crises. Visit our Stabilization Center 24/7 for crisis help or our Empowerment Center for those struggling with substance abuse disorder M-F 9a-4p. Both are located at 230 North Road in Poughkeepsie.
