Join us on December 2nd from 9am-4pm for our 6th annual #ThinkDIFFERENTLY conference titled "Dutchess County’s Collaboration of Services and Care Across the Life Span for People of All Abilities." This hybrid conference will be held at the Henry A. Wallace Center at the FDR Presidential Library and Home at 4079 Albany Post Road in Hyde Park as well as on Microsoft Teams.
The all-day conference will provide education and training for families and providers to understand the wealth of resources available to them and help them plan for the lifelong care of those of all abilities.
