Those in crisis can now dial 9-8-8 to access our HELPLINE . Calls are answered by local crisis counselors who are well trained and experienced in responding to a wide range of mental health, substance use, and suicidal crises. You can also come to our Stabilization Center, at 230 North Road in Poughkeepsie, 24/7 and find help.
