Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro joined veterans, elected and community leaders, and residents at the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park to continue the tradition of hosting a Changing of the Flag ceremony at sunset the evening before Memorial Day to honor the brave men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
