Claverack recently issued the following announcement.
Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a combined November and December meeting on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 836 Highway 217, Philmont NY. Due to Executive orders, social distancing of ZBA Members and public in attendance will be utilized, however public attendance will be limited. The public may also join the live meeting via Zoom. To join via Zoom, please email the Town at info@townofclaverack.com by 5 pm on Wednesday, December 2nd, and provide your name and email address and you will be sent a link to the Zoom invite.
