Cost of college went up for all students at Dutchess BOCES-Practical Nursing Program

Tuition and fees rose 2.9 percent for 2018-19 at Dutchess BOCES-Practical Nursing Program, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $10,475 to attend the public school this year – $300 more than the $10,175 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 90 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 12 students received grants or scholarships totaling $57,630 and 16 students took out student loans totaling more than $104,750.

Including all undergraduates (129), 107 students used grants or scholarships totaling $353,220, and 127 students took out $576,537 in federal student loans.
