Congressman Mike Lawler, representing New York's 17th district since 2023, has recently shared several updates on social media. Lawler, who succeeded Mondaire Jones and previously served in the New York State Assembly, continues to engage with his constituents through various platforms.

On March 9, 2025, Congressman Lawler expressed his views on higher education reform. He stated, "This is great news. It's long past time to restore order and uphold the integrity of America’s higher education."
