NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Austerlitz for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2021 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk located at 816 Route 203, Spencertown, New York, where it is available for inspection by all interested persons during the regular hours of the Town Clerk.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Austerlitz will hold a public hearing thereon, via Zoom, at 6:30 p.m. on the 15 day of October, 2020 and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget as complied for or against any item or items therein contained.
