In a tweet posted on April 22, 2025, Representative Lawler reported on his team's participation in the Dutchess County Honor a Veteran Ceremony over the weekend. The ceremony celebrated U.S. Army First Lieutenant Andrew Doro, a Vietnam veteran honored with the Silver Star and the Purple Heart. Lawler expressed gratitude to "his son, Peter Doro" for his contributions to the event.
Later the same day, April 22, Lawler's team attended the opening of a Sensory Room by BRIDGES at the Palisades Center Mall. Commenting on the facility, Lawler posted that it was "a beautiful building."
On April 23, 2025, Congressman Lawler participated in a fireside chat with Seward & Kissel. On this occasion, he discussed various topics including the national debt, cryptocurrency, capital markets, the economy, and legislative priorities of the 119th Congress.
