Dutchess County Government has been impacted by a global technology outage relating to Crowdstrike. This is a software issue and is not related to a cyber-attack or security issue.
Dutchess County 911 and 988 Helpline are fully operational.
The Office of Central & Information Services (OCIS) is currently working to bring all County systems back online, but many County functions may be disrupted through the day. Dutchess County 911 and 988 Helpline are fully operational. County offices are currently opening as scheduled, but services may be limited throughout the day.
