Of the 2,134 people living in Red Hook in 2020, 51.7 percent (1,103) were women and 48.3 percent (1,031) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Hudson Valley News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 36. In the 65 and over age range, there were 214 females and 206 males.
