The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Antonio Delgado, Delgado for Congress, refunded $2,500 to Judith B. Fishman on Aug. 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Delgado for Congress has refunded $111,786 total since March 1.
