Of the 303 people living in Freedom Plains in 2019, 62.4 percent (189) were women and 37.6 percent (114) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Hudson Valley News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 94-to-53. In the 65 and over age range, there were 67 females and 46 males.
