Claverack issued the following announcement on June 5.
Dear Residents,
Please be advised The Town Office will be open starting Monday June 8th, 2020. However, the office will only be accessible by appointment only which will continue through June 19th, 2020.
Also at this time, the Town Park will remain open for walking and playing, but residents are asked to refrain from playing contact sports . Thank you for your cooperation.
If the need arises where it is necessary to speak with someone or make an appointment at the Town Offices, please consult the Town Directory and leave a message for the Town Clerk, Court Clerk, Assessor, or Building Inspector.
Town Court is canceled until further notice. All cases already scheduled will be rescheduled and adjournment notices will be mailed.
Updates will be posted on our website and on the town office and court office answering machines.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this challenging time.
