On Friday, March 6, Jahlyl Morgan, a former Poughkeepsie High School standout, and his current squad, the WestConn Wolves, were narrowly defeated 71-69 by the Catholic Cardinals in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The contest, held at Cousens Gymnasium at 3:30 p.m., marked the Wolves’ first tournament game against the Catholic Cardinals.
