The following day, March 22, 2025, he tweeted about attending an event hosted by the Haitian American Professional Women Alliance. "Last weekend, I was invited to attend Haitian American Professional Women Alliance’s International Women Recognition Night in Suffern. It was a privilege to honor the contributions of women from round the world with the ladies of HAPWA. Thanks for having me!"

On March 23, 2025, Lawler shared his experience attending an event at his alma mater celebrating a local high school sports achievement. "What an honor to attend my Alma mater this weekend to celebrate a Mounties back-to-back state championship! Let’s hear it for Suffern High Hockey and Coach Rob Schelling on an impressive season — same time next year?"
