This event operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and attendees should anticipate wait times upon arrival. County Executive Sue Serino emphasized the importance of these events: “Our children deserve a robust environment that thrives, and Dutchess County’s Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Recycling events offer a chance for each of us to make that vision a reality. We can all protect our environment by safely disposing of hazardous materials at these events, and I hope as many residents as possible take advantage of this opportunity.”

This event marks the second in a series of three such events scheduled for 2024 by Dutchess County, providing residents with an opportunity to responsibly dispose of items not suitable for regular recycling or garbage bins.
