The City of Hudson, New York, shall sell at public auction at the City of Hudson Fire Station, 77 North 7th Street, on the 25th day of April 2023, at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon, the premises at:
- 10-12 Warren Street, Hudson, NY 12534, bearing tax map number 109.35-1-23; and
- 429-431 Warren Street, Hudson, NY 12534, bearing tax map number 109.52-3-34.
The minimum bid for 10-12 Warren Street shall be $895,000.00, and the minimum bid for 429-431 Warren Street shall be $595,000.00. For each, the conveyance of the subject premises shall be subject to the terms and conditions of a Penalty Note and Mortgage in the amount of $100,000.00 in the event the property: (a) is not developed for a commercial use, as evidenced by a certificate of occupancy, within three (3) years of the conveyance of title, or; (b) all or a portion of the property is sold within three (3) years of the conveyance of title. A copy of the Terms of Sale and the terms and conditions of the Penalty Note and Mortgage may be reviewed at the Office of the Mayor, City of Hudson Fire Station, 77 North 7th Street, Hudson, NY 12534.
