The content of his recent tweets includes topics ranging from local community events to broader environmental issues.

On April 21, Lawler expressed his support for cancer survivors and community engagement by sharing, “Last Friday, members of my staff attended The Relay For Life of Rockland County, hosted every year with the American Cancer Society. My team had the privilege to present Jelien Ramos, only 9 years old and a cancer survivor herself, a certificate for the amazing work she has.”

The following day, April 22, he emphasized the importance of energy policy and environmental sustainability in a tweet, writing, “New Yorkers deserve clean air, clean water, and affordable energy, and we get there by boosting domestic production across renewables, nuclear, and clean natural gas. This Earth Day, I’m celebrating lower emissions, lower consumer costs, and less dependence on foreign.”

Later on the same day, Lawler highlighted his participation in media discussions, tweeting, “Joined @cherylcasone this morning on @FoxBusiness to discuss Medicaid and more.”

Lawler, aged 36, was born in Suffern, New York, and currently resides in Pearl River. His history of public service includes time as a New York State Assembly member from 2021 to 2022, before taking office in the U.S. Congress.
