Vassar College reported a 3.1% tuition increase for the 2022-23 school year, based on its most recent disclosure, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.
Students enrolled at the private, four-year nonprofit institution paid $64,800 this year, which is $1,930 higher than the $62,870 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.
Approximately 24% of the undergraduate student body are residents of New York. Students from other states make up about 69%, while international students represent 6% of the population.
Data indicates that 68% of full-time undergraduates who began studies at Vassar College in 2022-23 received some form of student financial aid. A total of 392 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $21.1 million, and 308 students borrowed over $1.4 million in student loans.
