Anil Beephan, a member of the New York State Assembly, recently shared updates with his constituents on social media, highlighting local events and community initiatives.
On April 11, 2026, Beephan posted about attending a baseball game: “First @Mets game!”
In a message dated April 13, 2026, Beephan recognized Autism Acceptance Month in his district. He wrote: “This April, we pause to recognize Autism Acceptance Month here in District 105. Our district is home to residents of all abilities, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of. It’s a time to celebrate neurodiversity, uplift individuals on the autism spectrum, and continue”
On April 14, 2026, Beephan addressed public health and safety by encouraging the proper disposal of unused medications. He stated: “Unused medications? If you have unused or expired medications at home, this is your opportunity to dispose of them safely and responsibly. Proper disposal helps prevent misuse, protects our environment, and keeps our families safe. We’re proud to partner with the Council on”
Beephan has served as an Assembly member since his election in 2022 and has contributed to public service as both a volunteer firefighter and legislator focused on community needs (https://nyassembly.gov/mem/Anil-Beephan-Jr/bio/). His legislative priorities include protecting the environment, supporting community safety initiatives such as medication disposal programs, promoting energy independence, reducing government spending and taxes, and backing schools and law enforcement. Beephan holds degrees from Arcadia University and Harvard University.
